Builders are increasingly coming under scrutiny regarding the finish of their new homes at handover time.
We assist builders in preparing their new homes to the highest possible standard by carrying out a thorough quality inspection.
At Auspro Inspections, our team of highly experienced licenced inspectors undertake inspections as per Australian Standards 4349.1-2007, QBCC Recommendations and The Building Code of Australia - delivering you peace of mind in your handover by:
- Inspecting your property "without prejudice and without judgement".
- Deliver you an individualised report within the same day to ensure that you have time to rectify any issues before handover.
- Giving you a peace of mind that your business delivers a quality product every time.
Auspro Inspections provides independent quality control inspection reports on properties for builders and investment companies.
Our aim is to note defects that need rectification prior to handover of the home to your clients. This means defect repairs are carried out by the trade responsible and not the builder within their six month maintenance period. Ensuring significant savings in both time and money.
All reports are emailed directly from the property immediately after the inspection is completed. The easy-to-read handover report is specifically designed for Builders and Site Supervisors, listing the location, the defect and the appropriate trade responsible for rectifying the defect. Within minutes, the QI report can be forwarded to the trades which have items to be rectified.
Your clients can be reassured in knowing their new home has had an independent quality inspection.
We currently provide services for some of SEQ largest project builders and developers.
Auspro Inspections currently cover the Brisbane Metro area, Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast, Ipswich and Toowoomba. Other areas are available on request.
